ORGANIC OUTDOOR COOKING COURSE -OUTDOOR KITCHEN

When: November 3, 2025 at5 p.m.
Meeting point: Outdoor cooking area,Voglherdweg 5, 95688 Friedenfels

Cooking outdoors with simple ingredients and conjuring up a delicious, varied three-course meal? No problem at all!

Together with Michael Wildenauer, you will prepare vegetables over an open fire.
A hole in the ground heated with fire serves as an oven in which beef is braised for the main course.
Even the sweet ending comes from the fireplace.

The food is prepared under a roof and, of course, tasted together later.

Meeting point: Cooking school in the Kellner furniture store (Neusorger Straße 12-14, 95683 Ebnath)

Duration: 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Experience an enjoyable cooking evening focusing on beef and its quality characteristics.

The different preparation methods, such as roasting, braising, sautéing, and boiling, will be demonstrated in practice. You'll also learn more about the subtle differences in the degree of doneness when preparing steak. While cooking and tasting together, you'll receive tips for suitable side dishes to accompany the meat dishes.
