The Kastner Riding Stables is located in the small town of Trevesenhammer, between Pullenreuth and Erbendorf, directly adjacent to the Steinwald Forest at the foot of the Fichtelnaab River. The family-run business includes an indoor riding arena and a sand arena. They offer pony rides, guided cross-country rides, lunge lessons for beginners, group riding, horse rentals, jumping lessons, riding lessons, paddock access for all horses, and much more. Carriage rides are also a particular highlight.

The Wegmann family's child-friendly farm in Rodenzenreuth near Waldershof is located at the foot of the Kösseine mountain range in the northern Steinwald region. Here, you can spend a perfect riding holiday with the whole family for several days or weeks. They offer holiday apartments and studios, some with balconies or terraces.

The Schrembs family has been running their riding school with boarding horses for over two decades. Both recreational and competitive riders are welcome here. The stable offers riding lessons for beginners and advanced riders in dressage and show jumping. Riders with sufficient basic skills can participate in cross-country rides during the summer months. There is also a 20 x 40 meter indoor riding arena on the premises.
